I moved to San Diego from Stockton with my wife when we realized we needed to enroll our young son in a special school for the Deaf. Soon after that move, I went to law school. While in law school, I worked for a bill collector for the phone company. (Life is full of ironies, isn't it?) But while there, I got a really good understanding of how hardnosed and tough those bill collectors can be on everyday people, just like the ones I see every day in his office. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson School and went to work right away.

Shortly after beginning my law practice, I started practicing Bankruptcy Law. Throughout these last 17 or so years of practicing bankruptcy law, I've helped thousands of people, just like me; people who work, live and raise their families in San Diego. I am passionate about Bankruptcy Law, and never get tired of helping people go from feeling stressed and hopeless about their situations to feeling relief and renewed hope for their futures. Though my Practice is busy, my staff and I pride ourselves on making some of the most difficult times in our clients' lives as easy as possible

When I'm not in the office or in Court, I might be
(1) at the movies, because in my next life, I'm going to be a movie critic!,
