I need to have a consultation with a bankruptcy attorney. I have medical bills and I lost my job so I will need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney. In my consultation with a Bankruptcy attorney, I don't really know what a bankruptcy attorney will need to see. Will the bankruptcy attorney review my W-3? Will the bankruptcy attorney need to know what my bills are? Will the bankruptcy attorney need to know my medical bill cost? I heard that all Bankruptcy attorneys do a means test. I think if the Bankruptcy attorney does a means test that will tell me a lot about the possibility of my filing bankruptcy. If anyone knows a good bankruptcy attorney, please let me know. I want to be sure I get a bankruptcy attorney that is recommended.
